Delivery + Returns

We send all of our online dress hires via express post with a return satchel included for your ease. All online orders that require postage MUST be placed the Friday week prior to the hire. This allows for us to get the dress to you in a timely manner and allows a few extra days for any unforeseen circumstances

For local pickups these will be arrange with the individual hirer to suit their timeframes, generally this is the Thursday prior to the Saturday hire. Return dates are due the by COB of post the weekend hire. Unfortunately, late returns will incur a $30 fee per day that the garment is retained by the customer.
